Life and other professional experiences that may have credit value. If available, copies of articles, books, projects completed and published; a list of books read over the past two to four years; additional information you want evaluated for credit.

For the REGENTS VALIDATION DEGREE PROGRAM, I understand that the tuition for each degree in the Regents Validation Degree Programs is only $600.00 plus a $25.00 diploma fee. My total tuition and fee is $625.00 for each degree. I understand that I may remit the tuition and fee in installment payments as arranged between me and the Theological University of America. I further understand that the degree will not be awarded until all tuition and fee are paid in full.
For the EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING DEGREE PROGRAMS and TRADITIONAL NON-RESIDENCE DEGREE PROGRAMS, I understand that the tuition is $155.00 for each credit hour required to complete my degree(s).
I understand that I may remit the tuition on installment payments. I understand that no course is considered complete and no course grade will be assigned until the course tuition is remitted in full.
The diploma fee for the Experiential Learning and Traditional Non-Residence Degree Programs is $25.00 for each diploma and is not included in the tuition amounts listed above.
